Established in 2021, SMB Homes set out for the American Dream; to create a successful small business through hard work and perseverance; To work within their community, and beside their neighbors.

Owners Sean Morris and Max Brandwein Grew up together in Chicago, IL. After a lifetime as teammates they decided to go into business together and SMB Homes had its start.

Each with their own unique set of skills, the combination offers honest communication, and an above quality product.
